Good one John! For me and my brothers, it’s El Producto cigars from our Gramps which he smoked well into his 90’s. And his wife, Gramma….”Midnight in Paris” and the various odors of body talc that we got her every Christmas as kids ( with our own money….at the 5 and 10 cents stores of old….really old). Predictably we managed to select “Just exactly” what she wanted each year. And freshly mown grass from my youth….and the old, musty smell of our beach house each summer. Many years later, the dresser I used as a very young girl STILL smells that way. Wouldn’t change a thing. I loved your piece on this. It’s amazing what a smell can evoke. Thanks. Barb Fonner

John - so you are human after. Nice nostalgic column, brings everyone to the same point, remembering mostly people who have passed (for now). BR
