It's good to disconnect for a few days to get a break from it all.
John - nice piece, a little too much on the self promotion when giving thanks, but not too much (are you listening Jimmy Fallin). I will count myself in the insulted jackasses, given your bent on always insulting your customers, that could have been overlooked during the thanks piece. All-in-all a very thorough Thanksgiving piece. Very nice, thank you.
One suggestion, okay two:
1) Try including a few new friends into your circle next year and see how it goes. Enjoy your Turkey Day!
2) Try to reconsider your J6 position. Try the patriot viewpoint honestly and see if there is room for a new outcome. I know this will be tough for you given your high horse outlook. I did and it made a lot more sense than the liberal Hollywood fantasy show to me. BR

You're not my 'customer,' and the fact that you pay to access content on a separate website I write for (where my writing is free to readers) doesn't give you open license to regularly lie about me, slander me, insult me, and even falsely attribute criminal activity to me (like accusing me of attempted murder, which you did last week) without me extending the far less hostile (but entirely appropriate) rebuke that you conduct yourself like a jackass, or a bot, or a conspiracy-nut, or a hopeless partisan, or just good old fashioned idiot... to which you hilariously pearl-clutch.

You then rolling up in a ball and claiming victimhood over me merely calling you a jackass in return, and you having the gall to preach to me about not being able to stand the heat because of it, is a perfect example of your breathtaking unself-awareness.
If you don't want to be called a jackass, or otherwise have your glaring character flaws pointed to you, don't say vile, dishonest, slanderous, and infinitely worse things to people. I've shown FAR more restraint and respect for you than you have for me, but any kind of retort on my part reliably causes you to cry foul. Somehow the irony of that is completely lost on you.
My advice: work on yourself, and ask for help (you clearly need it).
